Welcome to Kaizen Healing Arts' New Website

Kaizen Healing Arts began in 2004 as a collaboration of practitioners and has evolved over the past ten years into my solo bodywork practice in the same healing space near Kerrytown. Over the years, I’ve forged new connections and learned a great deal from my clients, my practice, my teachers, and now my students. As a student of bodywork, I am constantly delving deeper into this practice by taking continuing education classes, studying privately with talented teachers, engaging in daily meditation and attending to my own self care. My work currently expresses as a seamless syntheses of Thai massage and Shiatsu. I continue to bring my entire being to each session, listening deeply and responding with a healing touch and a centered presence

I have delved into teaching Thai massage and Shiatsu privately, semi-privately and in groups and with office mate, Tatianah Thunberg of Spirit Moves. Together, we have formed Sacred Breath Healing Studies, where we offer monthly Thai massage playshops and bi-annual retreats.

I want to take a moment to welcome you to my new website. I hope you find it informative, beautiful, and useful. I worked with the talented Miriam Joy Dowd in creating this website and I highly recommend her for her creativity, her ability to work in tandem, and her technical skills. To find out more about Miriam, visit Joy By Design.

I try to make myself available for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if there is anything you want to discuss. I look forward to connecting with you!
